Christian Leadership and Administration: Issues, Principles and Practices
Synopsis
The birth of this book titled Christian Leadership and Administration: Issues, Principles and Practices came into being as a result of the contributions made and qualities of some colloquia papers focusing on Church Administration and Leadership, presented and submitted by the doctoral students of the Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary, Ogbomoso under the facilitation of three professors: Prof. Helen Ewena Ishola-Esan; Prof. Ayuk A. Ayuk; and Late Prof. Gideon ‘Ponnle Adetunji; and culminating from two PhD classes.
Exploring the idea that came via counsel and experience to converting this book project from dream to reality is worth applauding; giving credence to the personalities that conceived the idea and the effort of those who made it a reality. This is due to the fact that those who were involved in the collation, internal editing and shaping are very busy individuals. The efforts of the facilitators of the course that culminated into the book project are recognized and commended; they include: Prof. Helen Ishola-Esan, former Dean, faculty of Education and the Current President, Baptist Theological Seminary, Eku; Prof. Ayuk
